    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    经理, 补偿 is responsible for managing the compensation 计划 and 项目 for CapMetro departments. 经理, 补偿 reports to the Director, 补偿, 好处, and Wellbeing and will plan, 开发, and implement new and revised compensation 项目, 计划, 政策, 和程序 to align with the agency's goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that CapMetro compensation 项目 are consistently administered in compliance with internal 政策 and government regulations.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    · Confers with organization officials and managers to plan business objectives, to 开发 organizational 政策 and to coordinate benefit and compensation functions. Sets the company's compensation strategy in conjunction with senior management and monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation 政策, 的指导方针, 和程序. Evaluates and compares existing compensation 项目 with those of other employers by analyzing other 计划, 调查, and other sources of information. Recommends compensation program changes based on research and organization objectives.

    · Evaluate compensation and work-related problems which includes meeting with agency management to determine effective techniques, 项目, and strategies to meet the organization’s human resources needs.

    · Manage annual compensation 计划 (merit) and additional compensation 计划 (mass salary adjustments) to include coordination with performance management team, salary administration changes and senior management.

    · Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

    · Direct process for procurement of third-party contracts related to compensation services, 调查, and other related compensation products.

    · Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation 计划 for retention, external and internal competitiveness and define any compression situations.

    · Ensure agency compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policy: research, 解释, and apply employment law, updates and communicate to employees.

    · Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related 项目 and incentive 计划.

    · Develops techniques for compiling, 准备, and presenting data related to compensation 项目 包括 promotions, 重新分类, and other position changes.

    · Oversee the participation in salary 调查 and monitor salary survey data to ensure agency compensation objectives are achieved.

    · Respond to requests for assistance from supervisors and managers in staffing and compensation matters.

    · Responsible for compliance with records management standards and company policy.

    · Support 首都地铁politan Transportation Authority’s Safety Management Systems (SMS) process by ensuring staff follows safety and security 政策, considers safety in every action, and ensures safety and security concerns are reported.

    · Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES - SUPERVISOR AND/OR LEADERSHIP EXERCISED

    Manages department personnel by planning, 调度, 委托, and overseeing employee 工作任务, 授权, 协调, and 调度 work with vendors and consultants, conducting personnel actions, 包括, 招聘, 和面试, and overseeing 招聘, 培训, 工作任务, and performance evaluations.

     

    你带来了什么

    · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Public Administration, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the required degree.

    · Six (6) or more years’ experience in human resources management, 包括 experience administering compensation 项目, monitoring performance evaluation systems, 开发项目, and writing 政策 和程序 包括 three (3) years of experience as a supervisor or manager.

    · Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Office products 包括 Word, Excel, 演示文稿, 和访问.

    · SPHR, PHR, CCP and/or other compensation certification preferred.
